Of Slavic origin, Joël Circhansky was born on October 15, 1956 in Langon in Gironde, France.
Graduated from the School of Interior design & Architecture in Bordeaux, France.
In 1990, he moved to the USA, Florida and from 1995, he will be present in several major exhibitions between New York and Florida:

It has been listed in the “Répertoire des Peintres et Sculpteurs du Pays Basque” by Gilbert Desport, ATLANTICA edition.
