Miyuki Sugihara has been a professional artist for the past thirty years. She is the owner of Atelier AQUAIR (a watercolor school) and is also the advisor of Faber-Castell Japan. Miyuki also designs and produces art materials/stationery with various companies, such as Diagostini, Shichida Child Education, to name a couple. Other than writing art educational books, she also has a yearly calendar release with her original drawings. 

Miyuki excels at all kinds of art forms, from portraits to animals, landscapes, stills and even a live improvisational sketcher at events. Her passion, creativity and sensitivity are evident in all her works.
