Lida Sherafatmand is a painter who has evolved a particular floral visual genre engaged in social topics. Her work is currently highly cited in academic papers of history of art as well as political science and literature. Three books by Cambridge University Press have featured her art on their front covers, and two official stamps have been issued from her art due their peace building engagement, one in Liechtenstein and one in China.
